Synopsis
It follows Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Beddingham as their long-standing rivalry comes to a head. The same filming location was used for the role of Trenwith House in the 2015 BBC TV adaptation of Poldark. Very easy and fun to watch, very pleasant. Great characters, story lines, drama and music from the 80s that you can sing along to. David Tennant once again plays a fantastic antagonist. Aidan Turner is gorgeous as always. The cast was clearly delighted with the filming, and it shows in the series. So many talented actors and actresses in one program. The series begins comically and becomes increasingly dramatic as the episodes continue. The series remained faithful to the book and the nature of the 80s. The characters are nice, it’s easy to fall in love with them. I finished each episode wanting to see the end. Hoping for a season 2!
