Or if they cast the right actor to play RCB
Synopsis
It follows Rupert Campbell-Black and Tony Baddingham as they have a long-running rivalry that comes to a head. Coincidentally, Aidan Turner previously filmed at Chavenage House (The Priory in Rivals). The same filming location was also used to stand in for Trenwith House in the 2015 BBC TV adaptation of Poldark. I haven’t read the books so I can’t say how accurate it is.
And great escapism
However I can say that I really enjoyed this show and I really hope they do a second season. It’s a bit on the cheesy side. But it’s great television. I managed to watch the whole thing in 2 days.
I wish there were more episodes
It’s nice that they didn’t make it too long though. David Tennant is fantastic as usual. But I was actually more surprised by how good Danny Dyer was. I’ve seen him in a few things.
But it was brilliant
(Who hasn’t seen it?) And I was a little skeptical about seeing it in this one. There are so many characters I love and some I loved to hate. Too many to mention. I highly recommend it.
Please Disney Plus renew this series
