Predictable and shallow plot and characters

Theme from Alien written by Jerry Goldsmith. I saw it last night and I’m pretty disappointed. There was so much hype about this. It’s really just another average Alien movie that we really didn’t need. Some parts made me laugh out loud and not in a good way.

We don’t need movies anymore

It is literally a facsimile of the first 2 films in look, feel, tone. Carbon copy. Yes, there are some new moments that were interesting, but moments don’t make a movie. The ending was also a complete failure which we already saw in Alien Resurrection. This is the same story for Terminator.
